All artisans are invited to set up a display of their art form.  Each artisan will be given a designated amount of space that will be pre-assigned prior to arrival.  Please complete the A&S Display Sign-Up form below to reserve space.  Pre-reserved space will be released if the artisan does not arrive by 10:00 a.m. and the open space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for those who did not reserve space.

Should the event run out of display spaces prior to the event, priority will be given to those who pre-registerd for the event.

Deadline for A&S Display pre-registration is Saturday, February 22, 2020.

Displays are being hosted on 60" (6-top) round tables.  In order to accommodate all the participants, each participant will receive 1/2 of a round table.  There are a total of 40 display spaces being offered.  As of 2/12/2020 very few are left.  Please remember that display space is first-come, first-served by registrations.  If we run out of display space, those who have pre-registered for the event will get priority placement.  Please notify the event if you reserved display space and are going to be unable to attend the event.
